When he downsized his business he found there were very few enclosed and secure places available for small contractors to store their materials and equipment. Most storage units were no larger than 10' x 20' with low ceilings, small doors, poor access and no electric.

Extra wide aisle width allows easy maneuverability of large trucks and trailers.
